Opportunity Key Responsibilities . Responsible for the Order to Cash (OTC) module or Service Delivery (SD) (Planning, Optimization and Execution) or SAP PTP (Procure to Pay) as a Senior Functional Engineer of design, build, configuration and solution. . Work in an agile environment with SAP TM product owners, Architects, SAP developers/engineers and Scrum master in executing on prioritized backlog . Ensuring on-time delivery of solution by removing bottlenecks using expertise skills . Mentor engineers and direct them if they stumble across any situations. . Active interaction with external stakeholders . High quality of solution delivery ensuring design is followed during build and support . Compliance to Enterprise architecture, global template guidelines and product roadmap . Hands on solution design and build/configuration of OTC /Service Delivery like o Document types - Forwarding order, Forwarding agreements, Forwarding settlement, Freight unit Building Rule setup, Freight unit/transportation unit, Freight order, freight agreements, freight settlement. o Customer/Vendor charges, Rate templates/tables, scales. o Optimizer based planning, Manual Planning, Carrier selection and Output management o Understanding of Integration between SAP TM and SAP Event management o Understanding of Condition, data Crawler, schedule usage, incompatibilities , business Shares, Transportation allocations . Manage and follow product backlog, including prioritization of needs, creation of backlog items and mapping out dependencies in collaboration with users and customers . Evaluating product progress accountable for each stage of the development process and the final product. Inspect and evaluate product progress at each iteration, determine whether final product is acceptable. . Performance of product in general, includes example value delivery, user satisfaction, performance of the support process, compliance, cost, stability of the product and deployment/roll-out performance. . To be successful, you need to ensure deliverables match needs of stakeholders . Ensure solution stays standard as much possible & promote reuse of existing functionalities Who we are looking for . Significant commercial success in SAP TM as functional consultant/engineer (SAP S4HANA TM or SAM TM 9.2) . Experience with TM charges, services, rates, settlement, billing, approval flow / TM Order integration, planning both Manual and Optimizer based, carrier selection, Output management, Worklist handling. Classification: Internal . Experience with Forwarding side / Freight side of SAP TM (Forwarding Agreements, Forwarding Orders, Forwarding Settlement, Freight Agreements, Freight Orders, Freight Booking, Freight Settlement) . Understand the SAP TM overall processes from standard . Experience in implementing SAP S4HANA TM module for LSP scenario with focus on Intermodal transportation . Experience in conducting/driving topics in her/his area, bringing them to logical conclusion, share the meeting minutes and action items . Experience working as SAP functional engineer in agile delivery environments . Experience in implementing SAP EM module with Integration to SAP TM preconfigured scenario with complex rule-based events updates and workflows. . Experience with integration to PI/PO and other middle ware to integrate events with non SAP systems. . Technical understanding or knowledge of BOBF, ABAP and integration with other SAP components is preferred . Experience in working with business process owners in understanding business requirement, analysis, proto typing of solutions, configuration, design, testing, building custom logic, writing FS, mass upload of data. . Experience in working with SAP Activate, Agile delivery models . Professional or PG Degree in Logistics/Engineering or related disciplin
