6+ years of relevant experience in SF SPCDP
Should have Implementation experience on SF SPCDP with client facing roles
Should have End to End implementation experience in SF SPCDP.
Experience in Support of SuccessFactors Succession Planning and career development planning
Certified in SuccessFactors Succession, Career Development.
Should have worked on the Integration of SPCDP with modules
Should have knowledge of Activate methodology & documentation.
Should have experience in end to end configuration of the system
Should have good presentation and communication skills
Should be good in working in support with onshore-offshore delivery model
Should have the ability to handle client escalation
