Job Summary: SAP SD Business Analyst The role of the SAP SD Business Analyst is to provide exceptional remote-based support for mission-critical SAP applications as part of our Global AMS team. The position has the responsibility for researching, troubleshooting and support for our global clients who use Sales & Distribution (SD), Transportation Management (TM), Warehouse Management (WM), and Handling Unit Management (HUM). The role of the SAP SD Business Analyst requires functional and technical experience, integration knowledge, implementation and support expertise and skills to diagnose issues then design, test, package and deliver solutions for such issues in complex, integrated and highly configured environments. Essential Duties and Responsibilities . SAP SD Solution Architect / Expert with 6-8 years of experience in SAP SD . Provide hands-on support in SAP Sales & Distribution & Logistic Execution, take responsibility for SAP SD/LE related Incident and Change Mgmt. incl. Enhancements. . Analyse complex business problems or requirements and design cost-effective and suitable solutions to meet them, incl. cross functional integration aspects between the modules . Work closely with customers to understand their needs, support business change, and deliver a consistently high-quality customer experience . Support client customizations, sharing implementation and best practices advice. . Design application break fixes for critical product defects. . Create scripts to identify, analyse and correct data issues. . Provide hands-on assistance using proprietary tools in a test environment or via remote client connectivity. . Be a pro-active contributor to a support organization, this will require the ability to work flexible hours. . Collaborate with team members in a virtual team environment to extend field experience to different client situations. . Contribute to the development and management of knowledge-sharing methodologies, diagnostic tools, and creative processes, to improve the client experience.
