Role Summary The SAP Program Manager will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of SAP programs, managing multiple workstreams across functional and technical teams. This role requires strong ownership of planning, execution, governance, risk management, stakeholder alignment, and value realization for SAP implementations, rollouts, or transformations (ECC to S/4HANA, Greenfield, Brownfield, Hybrid). Key Responsibilities Program & Delivery Management

Own end-to-end SAP program delivery from initiation to hypercare and transition to support

Define program roadmap, scope, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics

Manage multiple SAP projects/workstreams (Finance, Logistics, Manufacturing, Sales, HR, etc.)

Ensure delivery within approved scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards Stakeholder & Governance Management

Act as single point of accountability for business and IT leadership

Establish and run program governance, steering committees, and executive reviews

Manage senior stakeholders including CXOs, business heads, system integrators, and vendors

Ensure alignment between business objectives and SAP solution design SAP Functional & Technical Oversight

Provide leadership across SAP modules such as: o S/4HANA (Finance, MM, SD, PP, QM, EWM, TM) o SAP SuccessFactors / Ariba / BW / BTP (as applicable)

Ensure solution architecture aligns with SAP best practices and enterprise standards

Oversee system integration, data migration, testing, cutover, and deployment activities Risk, Issue & Change Management

Proactively identify program risks, issues, and dependencies

Drive mitigation plans and decision-making for complex challenges

Manage change requests, scope control, and impact assessments

Ensure adherence to compliance, security, and audit requirements Vendor & Financial Management

Manage system integrators, AMS partners, and third-party vendors

Own program budget, forecasting, and cost controls

Track deliverables, SLAs, and contractual obligations Quality, Testing & Go-Live

Oversee SIT, UAT, regression testing, and cutover planning

Ensure business readiness, training, and adoption

Lead go-live, hypercare, and stabilization phases Required Skills & Experience Must Have

10 years of overall experience with large-scale SAP implementations

8+ years in SAP Program / Project Management roles

Hands-on experience delivering end-to-end SAP programs (S/4HANA preferred)

Strong understanding of SAP functional processes and integration points

Proven experience managing global, multi-vendor, multi-location teams

Expertise in program governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication Technical & Methodology Skills

Strong knowledge of SAP Activate / ASAP / Agile / Hybrid delivery models

Experience with ECC to S/4HANA conversions or transformations

Exposure to cloud, BTP, integrations, and data migration strategies

Familiarity with DevOps, testing automation, and release management Preferred Qualifications

PMP / PGMP / PRINCE2 certification

SAP certification (S/4HANA, Activate, or module-specific)

Experience in manufacturing, retail, CPG, pharma, energy, or BFSI domains

Prior experience working with Big 4 or global SI partners Key Competencies

Pay: ₹630,819.66 - ₹2,035,576.01 per year
