OVERALL:

The Material Management Value Mining expert will be part of the Celonis center of excellence under the Information Systems and Technology (IS&T) function. * He/ She will be in charge of :

• Implementing the most relevant KPIs measuring the business\xe2\x80\x99s success in our Celonis EMS
• Ensuring the enablement of the business to continuously improve processes, highlighting improvement areas, process bottlenecks and giving way to digitalization opportunities
• Setting the foundation of the path to value to for long-term success

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Discover * Play a key role in the Celonis implementation projects to ensure the optimal solution to tackle the business\xe2\x80\x99s pain points

• Design innovative analyses and execution apps and enrich them to make the business processes transparent
• Use Celonis technology to identify process inefficiencies and understand the root causes, always in close collaboration with business stakeholders

Enhance * Conduct value creation workshops and align measures to improve process inefficiencies

• Quantify the business and financial potential and present the finding to the management
• Implement actions to improve business processes, drive value and increase process conformance rate

The qualifications you need: * From around 5 to 8 years professional experience in SAP implementation

• At least 3-5 years of working experience in SAP Functional Consulting, Digital transformation, Process Improvement, Process mining consulting or similar.
• Successfully completed your studies in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Mathematics or a comparable degree program
• Strong communication skills and enjoy interacting with various stakeholders from business
• Understanding and ability to interpret business processes
• Excellent analytical skills, well organised and known for being a quick learner
• Basic knowledge of SQL or other programming languages (Python, R, Matlab)
• Strong interest in Big Data, Data Mining, and Process Mining and you seek continuous improvement of your know-how
• In depth business process understanding of Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Human Resources, Sales
• Proven expertise of the following SAP modules : FI / CO / PS / SD / CS
• Celonis process mining experience is a plus
