Key Areas of Responsibility and Tasks:

• Drive business process consulting by translating customer business processes into IT solutions, including quality assurance
• Help position disruptive business innovation
• Support end-to-end solution design across all relevant solutions (OnPremise, Cloud, and Hybrid), applying Avertras

• Drive deployment of SAP Model Companies for a specific area of business

Role-specific Experience & Capabilities

• Participate in defining problems and/or blueprinting solutions;
• Configure application module changes or new development;
• Account including Account Display, Interest, Installment Plans, Promise to Pay, Security Deposit, Write Offs, Transfer, Collection Agency, Collective Bills, etc.

• Performing required testing of system changes prior to transport into production environment;
• Developing and documenting recommended interim and final solutions for gaps in business scenarios;
• Develop documentation for functional specs for customization including:
• Forms
• Reports
• Interfaces
• Workflows
• Enhancements
• Assisting with conversion clean-up from legacy systems;
• Configuring business process changes (workflow);
• Updating appropriate development and user documentation;
• Providing support (how-to) to ERP support staff;
• Providing support (how-to) to end-users;
• Actively managing and evaluating trends and recommended solutions based on observations of problem and incident activity;
• Recommending prioritization of process improvements and additional functionality;
• Communicating operational impacts of change to user community;
• Providing other management level support;
• Other tasks that may be agreed to by both parties.

Functional Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in business process consulting
• Has a minimum of seven years experience in implementations
• Deep understanding of the industry and/or LoB specific business processes
• Has performed feasibility studies / PoCs etc.
• Has managed very difficult client situations

Managerial Experience:

• Takes responsibility from time to time as a sub project lead and/or team lead
• Acts as a coach for colleagues

English: FluentEducational Requirements

• University Bachelor Degree or equivalent

Certification Good to have:

• Solution Certification
