Location: Noida / Pan India Locations
- 6+ years of relevant experience in SF PMGM
- Should have Implementation experience on SF PMGM.
- Experience in Support of SF PMGM with client facing roles
- Certified in SF PMGM
- Should have worked on the Goal Template
- Should have worked on the Performance Template
- Should have created the route maps
- Should have worked on XML changes in the Template
- Should have created the RBP, Rating scale
- Should have worked on the Integration of PMGM with Comp & LMS
- Should have worked on the Calibration, 360 degree & CPM
- Should have knowledge of Activate methodology & documentation.
- Should have experience in end to end configuration of the system
- Should have good presentation and communication skills
- Should be good in working in support with onshore-offshore delivery model
- Should have the ability to handle client escalation
