EY- EAM Functional Consultant - MENA ERP (SAP EAM) - Staff As part of our GDS MENA ERP team, you will need to perform various SAP implementation & support activities, such as pre/post go live implementation support, enhancements requirements study and its implementation support as well as other consulting activities The opportunity We\'re looking for Staff level consultant with expertise in SAP EAM to join the group of our SAP ERP Team . Your key responsibilities Work on implementation and support for S4HANA Projects Work on SAP EAM transformation projects Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders Excellent communication Skills and attributes for success Analyse and propose solutions for requirements received from clients and other functional consultants Develop, document, and deliver solutions with utmost quality adhering to EY best practices Actively participate in entire life cycle of SAP implementations like design, estimation, development, documentation, testing and take ownership wherever required Collaborate with experts, architects, leads and project managers to ensure highest standards of delivery within the stipulated timelines Work with the business to understand their needs and coach them on the appropriate solutions, while at the same time, work with technical support team to drive them to an efficient technical solution design Drive improvements and innovations in development processes, methodologies, and technology Engage with the customers during different phases of product development to ensure success of the project Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to relate technical issues to a business audience. Honesty and integrity are an absolute requirement. Must be results oriented, and demonstrate a good attitude - adaptability, flexibility, and resourcefulness Willingness to travel for consulting is a must requirement To qualify for the role, you must have 2 to 4 Years of experience in SAP as EAM consultant Atleast one full cycle S4HANA implementation experience in EAM Knowledge in areas of EAM including Technical Objects, Breakdown / Preventive / Corrective / Predictive Maintenance, Maintenance Planning & execution, Project Oriented Maintenance, Refurbishment Process, Warranty Claim Processing, Cross Application Timesheets (CATS), Work Clearance Management, Analytics, Inspection Management Systems, Manufacturing Intelligence Knowledge in integration with cross modules and with other Plant ECO systems such as MES, APM, PRIMAVERA Industry experience in Oil&Gas is an added advantage Knowledge in EHS modules is an added advantage Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes, IT Service Management System (preferably ServiceNow) and Testing tool - HP ALM will also be an advantage Ability to quickly understand customers business requirements and to generate, promote new and creative ideas Ability to work as an independent consultant in project as well as working in a team Commitment to continuous learning and proactively implement latest technologies Ideally, you\'ll also have SAP EAM certified MBA Engineering degree in relevant stream What working at EY offers At EY, we\'re dedicated to helping our clients, from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies - and the work we do with them is as varied as they are.
