Job Description

SAP Operations & Transactions

Monitor daily SAP transactions (Purchase, GRPO, Production, Inventory, Sales, Billing). Ensure correct postings in SAP (Qty, Cost , Warehouse). Control and validate stock movements (RM, FG). Ensure timely month-end and year-end SAP closing activities. Prevent posting errors, duplication, and data mismatch.

Inventory & Production Control

Track RM, FG, Scrap, Yield, and Variance in SAP. Monitor stock aging, negative stock, and excess inventory. Coordinate production entries, BOM accuracy, and consumption tracking. Reconcile physical stock vs SAP stock.

Reporting & Analysis

Prepare daily SAP reports: Stock Reports Production Issue Variations & Yield Reports Purchase vs Consumption Dispatch billing Report Support management with data-driven insights. Coordinate with Finance for reconciliation and audit support.

User Support & Training

Act as first-level SAP support for users. Train staff on correct SAP usage and best practices. Coordinate with SAP consultants for enhancements and fixes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong working knowledge of

SAP B1

Good understanding of: Inventory Management Production & BOM Purchase & Sales cycle Experience in Manufacturing / Retail / Multi-branch & Warehouse environment Advanced Excel & reporting skills Problem-solving & coordination skills

Experience

4 years of SAP & Excel operations experience At least 1-2 years in a lead or supervisory role preferred
