Requirements
Description:
Part of the L3 Support team
Any graduate or equivalent and above degree in Computer Science or a related field with 5 + years of experience in SAP MM as primary skill and SD as a secondary skill
Good understanding of Enterprise structure in MM and SD
Good understanding of Master data like a Material master, Purchase info record, Source list, Vendor master.
Good understanding of different procurement types, Automatic account determination, Goods movement processes, Physical Inventory, Output Determination.
Good understanding of Release strategy and Pricing Procedure.
Good understanding and working knowledge of Interfaces especially on IDOCs and Payloads.
Good to have knowledge of Retail Master data, Listing & Promotions, OTC Process would be an added advantage
Good Knowledge of ABAP concepts and debug skills
Work on functional requirement gathering and design activities across multiple teams, Information Technology Groups, and business stakeholders to collaboratively develop effective solutions.
closely work with developers and play a major role in translating the Custom Routines and requirements.
Take ownership in overall work and should be able to handle the deliverables independently or with minimal supervision
Must have support experience with a clear understanding of Incidents/PT's/SR's and SLA's
