Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Actively aid the consulting team in different phases of the project including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design and deployment.
- Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives.
- Adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes.
- 5+ years of experience in application maintenance & implementation projects, primarily in ISU-CRM Projects
- Experience across Electricity, Gas & Water Utilities industries across UK, North America & Europe regions
- Experience with CRM -ISU Integration
- Experience in end-to-end implementation and support projects
- Client facing experience
We currently have open positions in a number of locations. across India - Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, Chandigarh, Trivandrum, Indore, Nagpur, Noida, Bhubaneswar, Coimbatore, Mumbai.

Technical and Professional Requirements :
- Understanding on IS Utilities Business & Technical Master Data Setup
- Understanding of Meter to Cash Flow & Transactions
- Understanding of CRM-ISU Replication process
- Experience in Print Workbench area
- Expertise in Workflow analysis for Date Exchange process & Market Communication
- Expertise in IDex Setup, Partner Profile setup, COMEV/COMPR process
- Able to Identify Enhancement points & BADI\'s in Standard SAP Transactions
- Able to Analyze Batch Job Failure\'s & Creation of Custom Mass Activities
- Expertise in Performance Optimization of Batch jobs & Custom Code
- Good understanding of Release Management/Deployment Activities
