POSITION OVERVIEW AND SUMMARY:

You should be an experienced (5+) IT professional with your graduation in Engineering or equivalent knowledge (MCA). You must be a technology enthusiast who can leverage software design principals combined with latest technologies to realize any software solutions. You will be working closely with SAP functional and technical team members to design solutions in SAP MDG area. The skills we are primary searching for are of expert level for SAP MDG technical consultant. Further desirable skills are in the areas of the adjacent SAP modules SD (Sales Distribution), Logistic Execution (LE) and Material Management (MM). In the line of personal qualifications, you should be reliable, motivated, and ready to learn.

Your profile

• You have a passion for data, specifically master data in the area of Applications & SAP

• Architectural understanding of the role of an Master Data Management system in an application landscape

• Deep technical experience with SAP Master Data Governance (MDG)

• Know-how in basic configuration, MDG data models, Data Replication Framework (DRF), Data Quality Management (DQM)

• Project experience in setting up central master data governance in an enterprise context, in particular Consolidation & Mass Processing (MDC, CMP) for MDG-M, MDG-F & MDG-BP

• Experience with enhancing above solution components, Workflows, Data Models, related ABAP programming

Your responsibilities

• Support our global master data management initiative for Siemens Energy

• Be part of a global team developing, implementing and running the platform for the whole group

• Configuration/Customizing of all aspects within the SAP MDG solution

• Change handling in the area of MDG data models/ UI / Workflows (standard and enhanced, e.g. BRF+)

• Data Replication & Distribution Framework (Web Service enhancements, monitoring, etc.)

• Ability to identify and handle smaller and coordinate larger application enhancements

• Maintain & Manage MDG solution documentation
