Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and design solutions within the SuccessFactors system.
• Working with clients to understand their unique business needs and developing customized employee central, Global HR Processes for Transfer, Global Employment , Deputation and time off and time sheet configurations to meet those needs
• Providing ongoing support to clients in the maintenance and troubleshooting of their time off configurations
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including other SuccessFactors consultants, developers, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration of time off functionality with other HR systems and processes
• Translate business requirements into system design specifications.
• Understanding of BOT and AI Framework
• Good knowledge on SF APIs
• Work with CPI and BOT development teams to ensure successful implementation of system designs.
• Create detailed project plans, manage project timelines, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Identify project risks and issues, and develop mitigation plans to address them.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, requirements specifications, design documents, and testing plans.
• Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in system design and implementation, with a focus on SuccessFactors.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to work with SAP Provisioning
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools.
• SAP Certification is must
• Ability to travel as needed.
