Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and design solutions within the SuccessFactors system.
Working with clients to understand their unique business needs and developing customized employee central, Global HR Processes for Transfer, Global Employment , Deputation and time off and time sheet configurations to meet those needs
Providing ongoing support to clients in the maintenance and troubleshooting of their time off configurations
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including other SuccessFactors consultants, developers, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration of time off functionality with other HR systems and processes
Translate business requirements into system design specifications.
Understanding of BOT and AI Framework
Good knowledge on SF APIs
Work with CPI and BOT development teams to ensure successful implementation of system designs.
Create detailed project plans, manage project timelines, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
Identify project risks and issues, and develop mitigation plans to address them.
Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, requirements specifications, design documents, and testing plans.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in system design and implementation, with a focus on SuccessFactors.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Ability to work with SAP Provisioning
Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools.
SAP Certification is must
Ability to travel as needed.
