Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Experience gathering requirements and providing technical solution design.

• Strong experience in ABAP HR modules

• Extensive knowledge of programming using HR LDB

• Experience in HR Workflows & Extensions

• HR Standard BAPIs

• HR WebDynpro development

• Experience with OData and CDS View enhancements for HR Fiori 2.0 and HANA

• ABAP OO skills is a must

• Extensive knowledge of ABAP development workbench, Dictionary, Workflows, SAPForms, BAPI\'s, Enhancement Framework, RFC\xe2\x80\x99s, BADI\xe2\x80\x99s, IDOC, ALE and ABAP OBJECTS, IDoc Queue handling, ABAP Proxy Framework, Change document framework, Conversions and Data load methods, SPAU, SPDD and post upgrade activities, Open-SQL performance tuning

• Must have excellent analytical, logical problem solving and technological skills.

• Ability to work in a global and virtual environment and to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.

• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced & complex environment with a self-motivated work ethic; utilize sound judgment with an ability to manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency.

• Aware of all relevant SOPs as per Company policy as they are related to the position covered by this

• Able to comply with the company\xe2\x80\x99s safety and quality policies at all times

Preferred Qualifications:

• Sound knowledge of SAP business processes

• Experience working with ABAP 7.4 > versions
