What will you be doing Looking for SAP developers, ensuring they meet client specifications and standards, facilitating problem-solving and collaboration. Reporting project status, estimating, planning and executing tasks, keeping higher management and stakeholders informed of progress, issues and risks. Knowledge of providing technology and architecture leadership, devising strategic direction and long-term vision for SAP investment. Overseeing and delivering SAP HANA Cloud Migration projects. Knowledge of providing pre-sales support as required, advising on upgrades, conversion & migration, recommending best practices, ITIL Support framework estimates and solutions. Analyze, improve and optimize data models and SAP HANA SQL queries for better performance. Review client processes and works with Pythian client leads and primary client contacts to tailor Pythian services to meet clients\' needs and to identify opportunities for improvements. Manages and follows up on tickets and work activities assigned to the team. Lead the delivery of team members\' committed monthly efforts. Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering quality work and effective communication throughout the project. Extensive knowledge/experience of SAP HANA Cloud development using HANA XSA & SAP BAS Extensive knowledge of SAP HANA native data modeling, XSA development and HANA SQL queries.
