Responsibilities Building SAP ERP technology solutions that transform clients\' Finance and Analytics functions. Contribute to large-scale, global work streams requiring specific knowledge of SAP within the Finance function. Lead teams to design, set-up, test, and deploy prototype and production Finance solutions and ensure that all the pieces work together seamlessly. Work with the project team, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to create stand-out Finance offerings powered by SAP. Analyze technical and functional integration requirements. Guide the testing cycles teams as well as perform cut-over activities as required for go-live preparation. Guide performance testing & training teams rolling out a successful module to the user community. Requirements. Here\'s what you need to have: A bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Information technology systems, or a similar field. Readily available to assist team working on Eastern Standard Time. With over 7 years of experience in the Finance and Accounting domain, the candidate should possess extensive knowledge of SAP planning and consolidation ecosystem. Additionally, the candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in implementing Financial Consolidation Solutions in at least one EPM tool (SAP Group Reporting, SAP BPC, etc.). The candidate must have worked in a client-facing role for a leading consulting or professional services company in delivery of large-scale complex financial planning and consolidation programs for at least 1-2 years in a banking or insurance industry. It is essential that the candidate possesses an in-depth understanding and hands-on experience with SAP BPC/SAC, SEM-BCS, as well as S/4 HANA and BW/4 HANA, along with a strong background in accounting and finance. The candidate must possess a deep functional understanding of record to report and financial consolidation processes, including intercompany eliminations, currency translation, and financial statement reporting. The candidate must have proven experience in full-cycle SAP implementation projects, from the initial phase to the delivery of associated deliverables. Though not essential, the candidate should have proven experience in IT change projects, covering a range of streams, partners, and technologies (including IT infrastructure, IT security, IT operations, IT applications, etc.), throughout the entire delivery lifecycle. The candidate should possess strong team player skills, adopting a collaborative and supportive approach across the team.
