SAP FICO Trainer (JD): Responsibilities: Conduct Training Sessions: Plan, organize, and deliver training sessions on SAP FICO modules to participants.
Ensure effective knowledge transfer and understanding of SAP FICO functionalities. Develop Training Materials: Create comprehensive training materials, including presentations, manuals, exercises, and other educational resources.
Tailor materials to suit the audience\'s level of understanding and knowledge. Customize Training Programs: Customize training programs to meet specific organizational or individual needs.
Understand the unique requirements of learners and adjust the training approach accordingly. Evaluate Trainee Progress: Assess trainees\' progress and understanding of the SAP FICO concepts through quizzes, tests, and practical exercises.
Provide constructive feedback to help learners improve their skills. Stay Updated with SAP FICO Updates: Keep up-to-date with the latest developments and updates in SAP FICO modules to ensure the training content is current and accurate. Provide Technical Support: Offer post-training technical support to participants, assisting them with any challenges they encounter while implementing SAP FICO in their work environment. Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop relevant training programs.
Collaborate with other trainers and teams to enhance training effectiveness and consistency. Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in SAP FICO implementation and usage.
• Certification in SAP FICO is highly desirable.
• Prior experience in training or teaching SAP FICO concepts to diverse audiences.

Skills:

• Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to articulate complex SAP FICO concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
• Teaching and Facilitation Skills: Proficiency in conducting engaging training sessions and facilitating learning effectively.
• Analytical Thinking: Capability to analyze trainee performance and adapt training strategies accordingly.
• Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of SAP FICO modules and related financial processes.
• Adaptability: Ability to tailor training programs to various levels of learners and organizational needs.
• Problem-Solving: Capacity to address trainees\' queries and challenges effectively during and after training.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb915,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb920,000.00 per month Benefits:
