Job Description

This is a leadership role within the Finance GBS team, focused on SAP implementation, optimization, and support across modules like FICO, MM, SD, and PP. You'll collaborate with global stakeholders and lead strategic projects, including RPA and BOT integration.

• Configure and implement SAP modules (FICO, MM, SD, PP).
• Lead SAP migration, testing (UAT/Unit/Regression), and training.
• Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders across finance and supply chain.
• Drive process standardization and best practices.
• Lead RPA/BOT implementation and system integration.
• Support audits, reporting, and ad-hoc global projects.
• Coach team members and manage day-to-day operations

A successful SAP Expert should have:

• Bachelor's in IT or related field; CA/CMA preferred.
• 12+ years in SAP((FICO, MM, SD, PP) implementation and support.
• Certified in SAP Technology/Development.
• Strong Excel and ERP literacy (SAP, Oracle, Hyperion).
• Strategic thinker with strong judgement and planning skills.
• Team-oriented and proactive in dynamic environments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
