We are currently seeking a SAP EWM Consultant to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).

What you\'ll be doing:

• Incident Management and User Support tasks:

• Incident acknowledgement, analysis, classification, seeking further information if needed, providing resolution (including bug fixing/code changes), unit and integration testing, UAT (if code or config changes made), supporting documentation (evidence) for deployment of changes in the production system, final confirmation from user before closing the ticket.
• In case of problem tickets, conducting a root cause analysis and recommending preventive measures to fix the issue permanently.
• Working closely with business users and providing necessary support and guidance to ensure smooth operations including KU tasks such as COGI monitoring etc..
• Continuous Improvements: Identify opportunities to propose and implement process/system/technical improvements.

• Build and maintain stronger collaboration with business user community and proactively work with them to identify the challenges/pain points (and their business objectives & KPI) they are facing and provide suitable solutions.
• Create/update knowledge articles and/or training material
• Proactively look into the aspects of user experience, reporting, analytics and propose/implement suitable solutions.
• Performing proactive monitoring and housekeeping tasks
• Implementation and Configuration of Business Requirements: Will be involved in end-to-end implementation of SAP EWM, including gathering business requirements, system design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• System Optimization: Analyse existing warehouse processes and identify opportunities to optimize efficiency, accuracy, and throughput using SAP EWM functionalities.
• Integration Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP EWM and other relevant systems, such as SAP ERP, to maintain data consistency.
• Customization and Development: Customize SAP EWM functionalities through enhancements, custom developments, and interfaces to meet specific business needs.
• Training and Support: Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support to resolve issues, answer queries, and ensure effective utilization of SAP EWM.
• Documentation and Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process maps, configuration guides, and reports related to SAP EWM.

What you\'ll need:

• SAP EWM Expertise: You should have an In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) module, including configuration, implementation, and support. SAP EWM certification is preferred.
• Warehouse Operations Knowledge: Moving with strong understanding of warehouse management processes, logistics, inventory management, and supply chain operations.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SAP EWM functionalities, including master data setup, warehouse structure, inbound/outbound processes, RF framework, and monitoring/tuning performance.
• Communication and Collaboration: You should collaborate with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with stakeholders, gather requirements, and provide training and support.
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyse complex business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and translate them into SAP EWM solutions.
