Job Role : SAP EWM Consultant Experience : 5 to 8 Location : Hyderabad,Bangalore,Chennai,Pune,Mumbai (Remote) Notice Period : Immediate to 20 Days Position : C2H Client : NDBS : Should have 6-8 Years of experience in EWM Implementation and Support experience including data modeling, extractions, data staging, loadings, transformations, transportation and reporting. Should have at least 3 to 4 full life cycle SAP EWM and MM. Have been part of 2-3 Support Projects and Rollout project cycles. Design and configure SAP EWM modules to meet business needs. Possess Hands-On expertise on SAP EWM and Integration with MM, SD and PP and QM Module. Possess expert business knowledge on the Planning to Procurement Cycle. Configuration and Master Data Interface knowledge in Planning and Procurement like APO skill set or Third-Party Planning Tools SAP EWM Organizational Elements, EWM Master Data & structural element requirements Warehouse Monitor and RF Framework, Goods Receipt & Goods Issue Processing Physical Inventory processing, Process- and layout-oriented storage control Production supply, Slotting and Rearrangement Yard Management and Labor Management Replenishment processing Extend working with deliveries by waves and cross-docking Expand warehouse processes through yard management & transportation planning Optimize resources and Control physical movements Material flow system and integration with warehouse automation Production integration, quality inspections and serial numbers The Interface between the ERP System and the EWM System Post Processing Framework (PPF) Analytics in Extended Warehouse Management Be able to independently analysis of Business Requirement Documents and map business requirements to SAP. Experience in Inventory Management and Physical Inventory is must. Senior consultant to manage and run workshops with business, document, write functional designs, solution design, Local configuration setups Have experience in working extensively on Break Fix and Problem Tickets in EWM. Should have strong knowledge on EWM structure, Inbound and outbound logistic process. Should have strong knowledge in Put away, different strategies, replenishment, SU & HU management Ability to work complex technical constructs to business and non-technical users. Involve in Solution design discussions and provide cross functional knowledge and ensure the solutions developed will meet quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP MM with other modules like Sales and Distribution (SD), Production Planning (PP), and Material Management (MM). Conduct system testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for SAP EWM processes. Provide end-user training and support during the implementation phase. Develop and maintain system documentation, including process flows, configuration guides, and user manuals. Perform system enhancements and provide ongoing support for SAP EWM modules. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to material management and warehouse management processes. Stay updated with the latest SAP EWM functionalities and recommend best practices to optimize business processes.
