Roles and Responsibilities:
Schedule & monitor the Process Chains related with APO & BIW platform.
Work with Customer & Support team – as and when
Analyzing the failures / issues and ensure the proper solutions.
Participating in all the client calls / Pre-meets.
Skills Required:
3 >= 5 years hands on experience in SAP preferably in BIW (HANA) or APO module.
Good communication both Oral & Verbal.
Willing to work in 24/7 shifts.
Willingness to learn new process, analytical skills required.
Experience in working with support projects.
Should act as a first point of contact from the process front.
Ability to understand the Client requirement and deliver the expectations on short notice.
Good exposure in Microsoft Excel
