The Role Responsibilities
Job Role As Manager, Technical Design - SAP BW / HANA, you will provide technical support in technical design and development for Business requirements for reporting and data processing. Strategy

  • Ensure all Reporting requirements for New FR projects delivered are of high quality and accuracy fit for Management and Financial reporting.
  • Establish robust reporting backend solution for Management and Financial reporting using SAP BW / HANA.
  • Awareness and understanding of the bank strategies and deliverables.
Business
  • Work closely with Aspire New FR stakeholders.

  • Familiar with System Delivery Framework (SDF) for project delivery.
  • Understand business processes.

  • Manage project risks with corresponding mitigation and contingency plans.

  • Provide timely and accurate reporting to appropriate committees.
  • Ensure appropriate oversight and facilitate resolution of high impact risk and issue.

  • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
  • Exercise authorities delegated by the Board of Directors and act in accordance with Articles of Association.
Our Ideal Candidate
  • Engineering or equivalent education and any industry certification on BW / DataSphere / HANA, etc.
  • Minimum 3 - 4 Full lifecycle project experience (11 - 14 years of experience).
  • Good understanding of HANA Life-Cycle Management, importing and exporting HANA models within schemas and performance tuning.
  • Should have BW specific functional knowledge of various SAP Modules, experience on S / 4HANA as source will be an edge.
  • Must have hands on experience in building HANA views using SDI / SDA and ETL process using Data Services.
  • Expertise in CDS views and native HANA data modelling (ABAP CDS, Calculation views, Analytical Views).
  • Experience in working with multiple source systems and integrating the legacy system data with SAP.
  • Hands-on experience on BW on HANA creating ADSO / CUBE, HCPR design and modelling etc.
  • Proven ability to deliver in a tight timeline, teamwork and excellent communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience on writing ABAP code for BW routines, customer exits.
  • Should be good in problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Must have hands-on experience in SAP BW on HANA / S4 Embedded BW.
  • Good to have experience of Upgrade Projects for BW.
    SAC story development for Dashboard requirements.
  • Experience in working on complex Bex queries.
  • Experience in AFO reporting.
