Main Purpose:
The PTP Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration Analyst, supports the design, development, governance, while supporting the implementation and deployment of the Supplier Collaboration (or Supply Chain Collaboration [SCC]) and Product Sourcing areas of the Procure to Pay (PTP) value stream for the PepsiCo Global Template (PGT). The objective of this role is to ensure that the PGT actively supports the execution of end-to-end SCC and Product Sourcing processes within SAP S4 HANA and Ariba. This includes collaborating with the PTP SCC Process Lead and Co-Manufacturing Lead to design standardize business processes and ensuring that the configured system conforms to the PGT design approach while meeting the needs of end users. The PTP Ariba SCC Analyst will be a key contributor to PGT Design Authority

Accountabilities:

• Partner with SAP, integration partners and PepsiCo Global Process leads to design a workable Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration (SCC) and Product Sourcing solutions that meets PepsiCo different sectors requirements
• Work and collaborate with peer solution design leads and technical teams across different value streams
• Support the SCC Co-innovation work with SAP related to specific business requirement
• Accountable for performing solution proof-of-concepts (POC) and validating/testing solutions in the system
• Accountable for troubleshooting and support hyper care activities, as needed
• Actively engage business process owners, offering and demonstrating solution alternatives for optimization, simplification, and standardization
• Seek out and identify global lift and shift opportunities across the sectors
• Champion and uphold the PGT integrity, identify new areas for expanding PGT SAP footprint, follow program methodology and communication, maintain responsibility for on time/on budget design and delivery

• The expected salary range is $ 81000 -$117400.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5 years of experience configuring, deploying and managing SAP ERP with a focus on SAP PTP modules S4 HANA and Ariba solutions, in specific CIG, Supply Chain Collaboration and/or Product Sourcing
• Strong experience in end-to-end process design and development, and integration with cross functional areas with SAP.
• Deep and broad PTP experience in a global capacity
• Familiar with PepsiCo business processes and nuances related to PTP processes across multiple markets
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
• Ability to work flexible hours based on varying business requirements
• Knowledge and experience in the following tools, disciplines and processes are nice to have: SAP SolMan, Azure, ALM, ARIS and MS Project
• Solves highly complex problems within the work team, and with cross functional teams
• Strong influencing, facilitating, and consulting skills in working with stakeholders at all levels in the organization and across departments
• Ability to quickly adapt to changes in timelines and sequences
• Adaptability and flexibility including ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and change
