Summary At SAP Procurement Product Team, our mission is to provide the world\xe2\x80\x99s leading cloud-based spend management solution, unifying the SAP Procurement portfolio across SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba Applications & Business Network, and SAP Fieldglass. We are looking for a Development Manager to strengthen our team and deliver Procurement solutions.
Role

• Engage in regular SAP Talks, identify opportunities, and provide regular feedback for performance
• Align on strategic objectives within the organization and ensure its understanding and implementation
• Be responsible for the team commitments and ensure smooth delivery as per plan. Engage in regular SAP Talks and promote talent.
• Inculcate and drive innovation culture among the teams
• Promote actively team collaboration and solve the impediments of the team quickly
• Lead by example: Team should look up to you as a trusted leader whom they can approach for support, guidance, and mentoring. Build trust and authority with the team.

Role Requirement

• 10+ years of experience, in which at least 2+ years of people management experience
• Excellent people management skills
• Experience in software development in Cloud native applications preferably in the Procurement domain
• Extensive exposure to SAP domains covering Procurement, Materials Management (MM), Supply Chain Management (SCM), Logistics Execution (LE), Procurement process knowledge
• Adept in handling agile development methodologies and lean principle/ techniques
• Understanding of software development and maintenance processes
• Constructive and open style of communication, Excellent verbal and written communication
• Understanding of SAP cloud development & delivery process
• Independent working style in a distributed environment
