Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business and IT to understand the business requirements for BO Reports/ Stories / Dashboard topics

Key role in the requirement gathering, design, development and testing of SAP BO applications

Working within the business and other team members to build requirements and design functional specifications for the BO Applications. Maintain a clear understanding of the potential impacts of proposed solutions on the other areas of the system and/or project.

Implement and ensure adherence to guidelines to implementation, architecture guidelines and support standards

Specify security requirements and approaches to data for adherence

Define and promote best practice methodologies for the BO solutions

Ensure BO reporting solutions are aligned with the major stakeholders for KPI standards and roadmap

Collaborate with the administration team for system maintenance and upgrade

Domain

Intermediate functional knowledge on the enterprise modules like Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain & Logistics, Quality, Customer relationship and Project Management

Technical

5-6 years of experience in BO suite 4.x development and SAC with at least 2 end to end implementations

Analyzing dashboard requirements and development of SAP BO Design Studio Dashboards based on BW Queries.

Experience on VBX components. Excellent CSS Scripting abilities. Ability to exhibit and follow standard coding and naming conventions and a top- down approach.

Detailed knowledge in gathering requirements for BI reporting solutions including visualization

Hands on experience in SAP Lumira, SAP BO WEBI reports and crystal reports

Hands on experience in SAP Analytics for Cloud

Involved in creating BEX report using different processing types, variables, customer exit, filter, condition & selection

Should carry out requirement gathering, and documents like high level / detailed technical design document and documentation of BO solutions

Good understanding of SAP BW Applications such as BW, B4HANA, Native HANA and should be able to collaborate with BW consultants effectively

SAP certification in BO would be preferred

Qualifications

BE/MCA with overall 5+ years of experience in BI platforms
