Own the relationship and success of restaurant partners on all aspects related to business growth, RHI metrics, expansion, marketing and merchandising.
Maintaining a strong relationship with restaurant owners and advising them on issues related to the market and offering solutions on improving the overall P&L of the partner.
Focus heavily on creating and executing Quarterly and Annual Joint Business Plans.
Increase the share of wallet spent disproportionately
Manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible and advising senior management on maximizing business relationships and creating an environment where customer service can flourish
Be on top of the competitive landscape in terms of partners' positioning in the ecosystem
Create City and National Level Marketing Campaigns to increase the visibility of both the partners and the company. Conduct promotional events & marketing activations, primarily BTL, trade promotions and in-app promotions, in conjunction with the internal teams.
Desired Skillset:
We're looking for individuals with at least 4+ years of experience in sales and key account management
Great track record in overachieving sales targets
Excellent relationship management, communication and analytical skills
Ability to handle pressure situations
