Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Associate at Propswalla.com. The Sales Associate will be responsible for meeting with potential clients, showcasing properties, negotiating deals, and closing sales. This role is primarily located in Hyderabad, but flexibility for remote work is available. Qualifications Effective sales skills, ability to persuade clients Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Outstanding negotiation and persuasive skills Knowledge of the real estate market and property purchase process Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets Bachelor\'s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field Experience with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other sales tools Proven track record of sales accomplishments in the real estate industry Positive attitude, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized Fluency in multiple local languages is a plus
