Company Description Spare Logic LLP is a pioneering agri-equipment spares manufacturer located in Dodaballapur, Bangalore Rural, Karnataka. The company specializes in manufacturing a wide array of spares and tools needed for assembling and maintaining agri-equipment. Spare Logic empowers farmers to increase productivity by providing qualitative in-time solutions in form of spares. The company is a primary OEM supplier of Rotavator blades for some leading Agri-equipment OEMs and a leading player in the Rotavator blades aftermarket sales in South India. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role in Bengaluru for a Sales Representative. The Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, generating new leads, identifying sales opportunities, delivering sales presentations and proposals, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. Qualifications Proven experience as a Sales Representative or a relevant role Excellent communication and negotiation skills Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office (especially Excel) Ability to build productive business relationships Self-motivated and driven Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field Experience in the agriculture industry is a plus
