Job Description

Broons Tea is seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the position of Salesman cum Driver. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving our company\'s delivery van, selling tea products to potential customers, collecting payments, and ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of our products. Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the company\'s delivery van to transport tea products to various retail stores and wholesale stores
• Plan delivery routes and schedules to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products
• Develop and maintain good relationships with existing customers while actively seeking new customers to expand the customer base
• Promote and sell Broons tea products to potential customers
• Take orders and process payments from customers, and ensure accurate record-keeping of all sales and transactions
• Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure the delivery van is clean, well-maintained, and serviced regularly
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to identify new sales opportunities and strategies

Requirements:

• A valid driver\'s license and a clean driving record
• Previous experience in sales and driving is highly desirable
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet sales targets
• Must be able to lift and carry heavy objects, including tea boxes
• Knowledge of local roads and traffic regulations
