Job Description

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:-

Customer interactions: Understand customer needs and preferences, and recommend products or services that meet those needs

Sales transactions: Process sales transactions, handle payments, and close deals

Customer service: Resolve customer complaints and concerns, and handle returns, price changes, and discounts

Sales goals: Work toward sales goals, which may be weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annually

Sales strategies: Plan sales strategies and work to key performance indicators (KPIs)

Sales reports: Complete daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to develop sales plans and programs

EDUCATION:-

Minimum Education :- matriculate

Technical Education :- 2yr work in food sector

EXPERIENCE:-

Minimum Experience SALE :- 3yr in sales

Minimum Experience :- 1yr in bakery

BEHAVIROUAL & TECHNICAL SKILLS:-

a. Fluent in Odia, Hindi & English

b. Good communication skills (Writing & Speaking both)

c. Leadership skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
