JOB TITLE: Sales- Key Account Specialist Biopharmaceutical (Biotech, Vaccines, Biologicals) POSITION SUMMARY: We are looking to hire an enthusiastic and driven Key Account Specialist to generate leads and drive sales. The position requires a dynamic, self-driven, confident team member who is responsible for the Biopharmaceutical (Biotech, Vaccines, Biologicals) products and services specific to life science within a defined territory, serving customers engaged in academic, pharmaceutical, biomedical, and other fields of research and development. You will maintain effective customer relations, develops opportunities for growth within an existing customer base, and assures market penetration and profitability while achieving sales and profit forecasts ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Maintains effective customer relations, develops opportunities for growth within an existing customer base, and assures market penetration and profitability while achieving sales and profit forecasts. Perform sales calls and traveling within an assigned sales territory as needed, to conduct face-to-face meetings with existing and potential new customers. Manage pricing within territory to control profitability, understand pricing as required. Continually meet and exceed sales targets by selling company products to new and existing customers. Develop and implement an effective sales strategy to drive sales. Be aware of supply and price trends and support customer inquiries and communications as required Maintain an accurate record of all leads, customers\xe2\x80\x99 accounts, sales, lost business. Alerting existing customers of new products and enhancements that may be of interest. Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and resolve any issues that may arise post-sale. Collaborate with the marketing department to expand brand presence through marketing materials. Work independently while also leveraging available resources to meet customer needs. QUALIFICATIONS: Excellent sales and pricing skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong oral and written communication skills Proficiency in all Microsoft office applications. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: BSc/MSc, Biotech or equivalent. 10\xe2\x80\x93 12-years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in proven outside sales experience.
