In this role, the Salesforce Trainer will assist in the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of training materials, including user guides and job aids
Collaborate with stakeholders to design content that matches educational needs of users
Assist with scheduling classes, enrollment invitations and attendance tracking
Create and maintain a positive and professional learning environment
The Salesforce Trainer will evaluate the effectiveness of all training conducted and incorporate feedback to enhance the participant's experience
As a Salesforce Trainer, you will be responsible for compliance with laws and regulations that apply to the position, including the company Code of Conduct
Perform additional duties as required
Working collaboratively with Partnership based model, WIN-WIN sharing model.
