We are recruiting for the following requirement.

Skill:Salesforce Support Engineer

Exp: 5-10yrs

Location:Bangalore/Hyderabad/Pune

Must Have:
\xef\x82\xb7 Candidate should have Strong Experience with Eclipse IDE, Salesforce Object Query
Language (SOQL) and Java-script.
\xef\x82\xb7 Thorough knowledge of coding best practices, and understanding the limitations of Apex
coding
\xef\x82\xb7 Very good experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems using SOAP/REST
Services.
\xef\x82\xb7 Previous experience with integration of payment or OMS flows.
\xef\x82\xb7 Integrate with Force.com Web services including SOAP, WSDL, REST, SSL standards,
security models and typical API client architecture. And experience in working with
Force.com Bulk API and the Metadata API.
\xef\x82\xb7 Implementation knowledge of workflow rules, validation rule, approval process, reports
and dashboards.
\xef\x82\xb7 Experience using Apex Data Loader and other ETL tools such as Informatica or Boomi or
Cast Iron or Mulesoft.
\xef\x82\xb7 Experience with database development, SQL or PL/SQL, database schemas, stored
procedures is essential.
\xef\x82\xb7 Follow unit testing and test class best practices and be capable of coding for
positive/negative scenarios.
\xef\x82\xb7 Must have experience with production deployment using change-set/eclipse/ANT
migration tool and working on solving deployment errors.
\xef\x82\xb7 Good understanding of admin setup: user creation, roles, profiles, security settings, role-
hierarchy, etc.
\xef\x82\xb7 Strong hands-on experience with administration, configuration, customization and
development within Salesforce.com, and in reports and dashboards
\xef\x82\xb7 Customize and configure SFDC objects, data fields, page layouts, record types,
workflows, document templates, reports and dashboards.
\xef\x82\xb7 Good to have \xe2\x80\x93 Salesforce mobile development using Salesforce1/mobile, Experience
with Heroku, Radian6, Analytics, Einstein.
\xef\x82\xb7 Good to have \xe2\x80\x93 Knowledge on HTML/HTML5, CSS, XML, AJAX, Web-services, Google
APIs, jQuery/any other java-script framework. Object oriented programming experience in
J2EE/.Net platforms.

Process Skills:

\xef\x82\xb7 Capable of analyzing incidents and develop fix as per project defined software process
\xef\x82\xb7 Ability to work on Agile based project.
\xef\x82\xb7 Maintain quality process standards.
