Position Summary "As a Software Architect you will be involved in the full lifecycle of application development include creating, coding, debugging, optimizing and maintaining both front end and backend components as well as providing solutions to data integration problems. Our Lead Engineers have extensive experience in building PHP applications, PHP Frameworks, JavaScript, Javascript Frameworks, MySQL, SQL Server and related technologies along with strong systems knowledge. The ideal candidate will have experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum with a strong focus on automation. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, strong technical and problem-solving skills are essential aspects of this role. In addition to your technical role, you will be responsible for mentoring other developers in the form of code reviews and setting up/enforcing development standards.

Responsibilities of a Lead Software Engineer include the following:

• Apply Software Engineering competencies to design and develop software products
• Solve complex technical problems with help from Senior and Lead Engineers
• Interact with key stakeholders from the Product Management, Implementation and Support teams
• Develop in-depth knowledge of business processes facilitated by our software products
• Create and execute a complete set of unit test cases
• Interact and pair program with other Software engineers on the team to build high quality products
• Troubleshoot deployment and resolve environmental issues in a timely manner across multiple projects
• Work closely with the off-shore development team to ensure quality standards are being met

Qualifications
Salesforce architect with overall IT experience of 10+ years, and relevant Salesforce experience of 6+ years in design and development of applications, hands on with Salesforce Configuration, Integration, Apex coding, and Lightning.
Must Have

• Experience with Apex Triggers and Classes, SOQL, Salesforce APIs.
• Experience working with Salesforce Workflow Rules and Approvals, Visual Flow, Process Builder, and Salesforce limitations.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs (XML, JSON).
• User Interface: Aura, Salesforce Visualforce, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS.
• Experience in implementation of Sales and/or Service Cloud.
• Experience with Agile Development processes, Continuous Integration, Deployments.
• Working knowledge of Jira or similar project management/issue tracking tools.
• Strong understanding of design principles, technically scalable data modeling, Force.com development best practices.
• Proficiency in developing unit test classes with assertions for core functionality.
• Comprehensive experience debugging, troubleshooting issues on Salesforce.
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
• Experience with managing a team
• Pre-sales/BA experience in any capacity. Candidates who have played multiple parallel roles would be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with TA/SA on Solutioning, work estimations.
• Design, develop, test, document, and deploy Salesforce solutions.
• Communicate with Project Team regarding status, technical issues.

Certifications

• Sales or Service Cloud Consultant.
