Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute QA Strategy for Salesforce team from India.
- Coach/mentor and manage small to medium team of QA Engineers.
- To be hands on in QA test execution for both manual and automation testing.
- Proactively collaborate across multiple teams in the organization to involve from requirement stage and ensure that all stories have captured user requirements successfully and are delivered with high quality.
- Understand the impact of QA in all stages of development.
- Masters or Bachelor?s degree in Engineering, majoring in Computer Science or Information Science, from a reputed institute, with excellent academic records.
- Good problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical thinking skills required.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
We are looking for a seasoned hands on QA Manager with Salesforce background, this person should have experience in defining and executing QA strategy for Salesforce projects. Have good understanding of Salesforce. Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and leadership skills .
- Handson experience of 5 plus years as a Salesforce platform as QA Engineer/Lead/Manager is a must.
- Strong understanding of SQA methodologies.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and working experience in an Agile environment is a must.
- Good understanding of Salesforce functionality.
