Role – QA Manager

Operating on this platform leverage, the company then offers credit services such as merchant loans, personal loans and BNPL, sourced by its financial partners

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 
  Hire and develop a team of mobile and game QA engineers, providing performance feedback, evaluation, and coaching.
• Work with product and development teams to understand product vision and requirements
• Understand how elements of the software ecosystem work together and develop QA approaches that fit the overall strategy
• Ensure comprehensive test coverage by working closely with product and engineering teams to prioritize test execution, review test plans and report on testing progress and results.
• Participate in product and design specification reviews, and use this information to design and review test plans.
• Promote QA productivity through automation, tools, and other best practices.
• Participate in release planning and own the releases and production performance of First Games mobile apps.
• Set a high bar for quality and promote a culture of quality throughout the organization

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 
  BE or MCA
• 10+ years of relevant work experience with 5+ years of experience working as a lead
• Proficient in Manual Testing of Mobile App, Web and API
• Proficient in using Testing and Automation Tool like Postman, Selenium, Jmeter, browserstack etc
• Proficient in implementing DevOps best practices
• Extensive knowledge of QA process improvement and enhancement
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Working Knowledge of SQL
• Practical Knowledge of GIT/SVN
• Understanding of Jira, firebase and other analytics and tracking tools
• Awareness of InfoSec practices
