Position :- Salesforce FSL Architect Experience :- 7 to 9 Years Location :- Hyderabad/Bangalore/Jaipur Certificate must of Application Architect/System Architect Notice period :- Immediate Joiner Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Salesforce Certified Application Architect / Salesforce Certified System Architect or both is a plus. Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect, with a strong background in Field Service Lightning (FSL). Extensive knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning. Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce configuration. Experience with Salesforce integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware solutions. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to design elegant technical solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Demonstrated leadership experience, including mentoring and guiding technical teams. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions with a focus on Field Service Lightning (FSL) to meet business requirements and drive efficiency. Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including business users and development teams, to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions. Provide thought leadership in Salesforce best practices, system integration, and data modeling. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution architecture, system diagrams, and design specifications. Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and high-performance solutions on the Salesforce platform. Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with coding standards, security best practices, and Salesforce design patterns. Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, providing technical guidance and expertise. Evaluate third-party Salesforce applications and integrations, making recommendations for adoption or customization. Stay up-to-date with Salesforce platform updates, new features, and industry trends to ensure our Salesforce instance is optimized. Drive Salesforce optimization initiatives, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions to enhance system performance and user experience.
