Salesforce Admin/Developer Trainer (Instructor) We are a start-up focusing on quality education. We are looking for a candidate who has sound knowledge and experience in Salesforce Admin and Developer area. A candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in the salesforce admin and developer domain. A trainer should be able to explain

• Salesforce Admin and developer fundamentals
• Field Types and Salesforce Objects
• Salesforce Workflow, Schema Builder, and Process
• Validation and Workflow Rules
• Creation of Role Hierarchy
• Security Data Security Model
• Reporting Dashboard
• User Profile
• Apex, LWC etc

Responsibilities

• A candidate must spend more than one hour/day (5 days a week) or 2-3 hours each on Saturday or Sunday, as per his/her convenience
• An applicant must complete the syllabus designed by the company within the agreed timeframe.
• A candidate should be very interested in teaching others and sharing knowledge.
• A candidate must be soft-spoken and polite.
• A salesforce batch takes roughly 4-5 months, so the applicant must be committed to completing it.

Qualifications

• A candidate must have his/her own laptop or desktop along with internet connectivity and MS Teams enabled.
• A candidate should have excellent communication skills.
• A candidate must be able to explain technical concepts along with the practical/demo
• A trainer should be aware of students understanding level and teach accordingly.

Conditions

• The Trainer cannot leave the course in the middle, he/she must complete the course curriculum.
• The trainer will be paid based on the students registered in the batch (per head).
• We generally conduct the first 10 days of demo batches.
• The number of students in a batch can ranging between 1 to 5, still Instructor must teach them with dedication.
• An instructor should be able to speak common language depending on students in batch.
• If new candidates wants to join within 10 days of after batch starts, then trainer must adjust and responsibly cover what new joiner missed.
