Job Description

We\'re looking for CRM/SFMC support professionals for financial services clients. We provide managed services for them, which include a mix of day-to-day activities (lists, custom reports/dashboards) along with new feature implementation (Dialer, SMS Shortcode).

We need 2 Salesforce professionals - One for CRM and One for Marketing Cloud

• As a Salesforce Developer you will be carrying out enhancements to existing CRM instance
• Ongoing maintenance and support.
• Marketing Cloud Development & Maintenance of ongoing Marketing Cloud journeys.
• Implement new features, including telephony short code integration.
• Successful integration of new features as required.
• Collaborate with business teams to gather and analyze requirements
• Design and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Perform unit testing and resolve any defects
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by users
• Perform code reviews to ensure best practices and coding standards
• Optimize application performance and scalability

Skills

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I certification
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and data migration
• Knowledge of Salesforce configuration and administration
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Time Allocation

• Each developer: 40 to 60 hours per month initially which will increase.
