Salesforce Developer Location: India Notice Period: 0 to 30 days Key Skills : LWC, Service Cloud Experience :3 to 7 Years Seeking a skilled and motivated Salesforce Developer with expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Service Cloud to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement customized solutions on the Salesforce platform using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Visualforce, and other technologies. Leverage your deep understanding of Service Cloud to create efficient and effective customer service processes, including case management, knowledge base, and omnichannel support. Collaborate with business analysts, administrators, and other stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and provide technical recommendations. Develop LWC-based user interfaces to enhance user experiences within Service Cloud, ensuring responsiveness and optimal performance. Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications, implementing changes based on user feedback and evolving business needs. Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce platform updates, LWC features, and best practices in Service Cloud development. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a focus on Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Service Cloud development. Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and other Salesforce development tools. Demonstrated ability to design and implement complex customizations within Service Cloud, including case management and knowledge base solutions. Experience developing responsive and interactive user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC) framework. Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Administrator, or Service Cloud Consultant are a plus.
