As Salesforce Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and Salesforce solutions.

Your primary responsibilities will include collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyzing business and Salesforce processes, and maintaining process documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with business stakeholders and Salesforce center of excellence to understand requirements
• Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and administrators, to implement Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of requirements, solution design, and user guides.
• Assist in case handling as-needed to maintain platform health and stability

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Salesforce implementations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders across all levels of the business
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform features and capabilities
• Strong sense of curiosity, with the ability to understand complex business processes
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
