JOB SUMMARY:
The Salesforce Administrator will manage the marketing ops and sales ops aspects of the Salesforce environment, including integrations with other marketing tools (HubSpot, SalesLoft, data enrichment providers, etc) and deployment of Marketing Cloud. This position will be responsible for improving and maintaining lead management processes as leads progress through the sales funnel. The role will interact/support users globally as well as collaborate with other administrators on the team. The administrator will work closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify, develop, and deploy new business processes for the sales, marketing, and support departments. This role is part technical project manager, part administrator. The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for the execution on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our CRM platform.
