Conduct onboarding training sessions for new sales employees, focusing on company projects, sales scripts, CRM usage, and market positioning.
Create structured development modules that enhance soft skills such as communication, persuasion, presentation, and relationship management.?
Facilitate workshops and simulations to help teams handle client objections, property visits, and closing techniques.?
Update the sales team on latest real estate regulations, RERA guidelines, and company policy compliance.?
Coordinate with project and marketing teams to align sales training with business goals and promotional strategies.
Develop sales evaluation tests, post-training assessments, and maintain individual performance improvement records.
Suggest improvements in sales strategy and productivity based on training outcomes and field feedback.
Stay updated with current real estate trends, competitors, and market insights to deliver relevant and practical training content.
