Sales Trainer
1. Observe sales encounters and determine the training needs of the sales team.
2. Conducting skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement.
3. Develop sales performance policies and methods for evaluating performance
4. Develop training resources such as preparation of notes and visual displays
5. Conduct training for sales associates and develop training plans for underperforming sales associates
6. Monitor sales objectives and results
8. Maintain updated records of training material
9. Training people on how to best communicate effectively in various situations.Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in any field
2. Proven work experience as a Sales Trainer or similar role
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
4. Experience in a sales position is a plus
5. Excellent organizational and communication skills
6. Highly developed interpersonal skills
7. Familiar with performance management methods
8. Very self-motivated and goal-oriented
9. Ability to design effective sales training programs
