Paytm Sales Team representative will help the merchants, retailers, customers or any individual in becoming a Paytm service agent with the detailed Paytm product service information, process and procedure. Paytm Sales Team Representative will build a PSA channel in their territories. About the Role : Trainer\'s responsibilities includeconducting skills gap analysis, preparing learning material and evaluating results after each training session. For this role, you will work closely with our salespeople to identify challenges they face on the job and recommend ways to increase productivity. Expectations & Requirements: Training Content Creation 1. Participate in sales meetings along with Business and Sales Leads to understand training needs of various stakeholders (Sales Team and Channel Partners) & create outline for the specific training program. 2. Create training modules for different training platforms (digital/ILT/VILT) create videos with VO, flashcards, infographs, one pagers, presentations, etc. Video creation with VO is a mandatory skill. 3. Create meaningful, measurable assessments to check all business updates. 4. Periodically revisit existing training content & update the changes in training content introduced due to regulatory changes, product design changes. 5. Create sales marketing collaterals, GTM ppt, videos for channel partners 6. Custodian of SOP consisting of all functional & operational process monitoring mechanisms. Ensuring the channel SOP is updated at all times. 7. Create marketing/promotional SMS\'s/messages for sales employees to enable sales team and channel partners to increase customer reach & sales. Sales Communication & Channel Presentation 1. Create content for internal circulation of newly introduced product/processes/initiatives. 2. Involve with vertical heads in creating presentations for presentations for stakeholder meetings. 3. Design communications for employees new notifications w.r.t product changes/new product introduction and process changes. 4. Create presentations for function specific contests/drives, etc. 5. Provide content to in-house team to create creatives for various occasion based themes. Publishing Dashboards , MIS 1.Publish weekly agent joining and training dashboards 2. Publish dashboards w.r.t to content consumptions and assessment by various stakeholders 3. Coordinate with Sales Team in collecting vendor trainers training programs conducted over period & publish dashboards w.r.t vendor trainer bandwidth consumption, programs delivered at various locations. 4. Publish dashboard on new joinees, effectiveness of trainings, etc Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role: 1.Instructional Design skills 2. Training video creation with VO and syncing 3.Excellent presentation and communication skills 4.Advance Excel 5.Quick learner 6.Understanding of sales channels and distribution models is a must 7.Minimum 3+ years of experience of training content development for sales team Understanding of sales channels and distribution models is a must.
