Sales Trainer
Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIESa~ Devising individual learning plans.a~ monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers.a~ Provide opportunities for ongoing development.a~ Resolve any specific problems and tailor programs as necessary.a~ Office based work with the exception of training delivery, which can take place on or off the premises and at various locations throughout the city.a~ Travel to multiple sites in order to deliver training sessions.REQUIREMENTSa~ Proven work experience as a Trainer.a~ Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etcaEUR)a~ Excellent communication and leadership skills.a~ Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectivelya~ Strong report writing and record keeping abilitya~ Good computer and database skillsQualification & Experience:Graduate in any disciple with 2-year experience of relevant profileCompetencies:a~ Communication - Verbal & Writtena~ Presentation Skilla~ Sales Skillsa~ Job Knowledgea~ Proficient in computer knowledge e.g. M.S.
