Conduct process training for new joiners and cross-training for existing employees.
Design and update training modules, SOPs, and documentation aligned with healthcare processes (e.g., RCM, claims processing, medical billing, coding, prior authorization).
Collaborate with operations and quality teams to identify training needs and skill gaps.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance analysis.
Ensure training content meets HIPAA and other healthcare compliance requirements.
Maintain accurate records of training schedules, attendance, and results.
Provide floor support during nesting/on-the-job training phases.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance training delivery and learner engagement.
Support process transitions, migrations, and updates by creating relevant knowledge materials.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.

2-5 years of experience as a trainer in a healthcare BPO, hospital process, or clinical operations.

Strong understanding of healthcare processes such as RCM, claims adjudication, billing & coding, provider/patient support.

Experience with healthcare regulations and compliance (e.g., HIPAA).

Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
*
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
*
Ability to manage multiple training batches and deadlines efficiently.
