Proven experience as a sales trainer or similar role in the automotive industry. Strong understanding of sales techniques, customer psychology, and dealership operations. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve their full potential. Proficiency in MS Office applications and training software. Flexibility to travel within the Delhi region as needed. Certification in sales training or automotive sales is a plus.
