- Develop and implement comprehensive sales training programs for new and existing sales team members.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps in knowledge and skills among the sales team.
- Design and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions using a variety of methods, including classroom training, workshops, role-playing, and online modules.
- Collaborate with sales leaders to understand specific training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
- Stay updated on industry trends, sales techniques, and product knowledge to ensure training content is current and relevant.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales representatives to reinforce learning and drive continuous improvement.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and key performance indicators.
- Identify areas for improvement in the sales process and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to implement changes.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new sales team members, ensuring a smooth and effective transition into their roles.
