Understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate solutions.
Maintain a database of customer information and update call records regularly.
Follow up on leads through calls, emails, or other communication channels.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
1-2 years in a similar role, preferably in the IT or software industry.
